If you’re looking for a career coach, I highly recommend Félicie. I have never been coached before and was reluctant to be. I shared my circumspection at the beginning of the first session with Félicie and it took her one session to convince me: at the end of the session, I was able to clearly articulate my goals and envision a possible way forward. In the following sessions we worked on both general and more concrete situations I am struggling with and she did great at questioning me and driving the discussion to finally help me coming up with an action plan. I have to say that the sessions are for me an opportunity to talk a lot, sometimes diverging on general matters, and Félicie is particularly good at keeping the focus on concrete issues, actionable things that can ultimately be relevant to achieve the goals set. Finally, her business background is a tremendous strength while coaching executives. I can feel she is getting straight away what I try to express, from the interpersonal office relationships to the commercial pressure. This connectivity is helping me a lot expressing my ideas, concerns, or questions.
