I had already taken some personality tests like MBTI, and I believe I know myself quite well. However, the Behave Compass test that I took with Félicie provided me with a wealth of insights that I wouldn't have thought about to qualify myself as a collaborator. Now, I feel that I can: Articulate better who I am in terms of collaborator: my strengths, my warnings, and what I need to pay attention to in tense situations. The way Félicie presents and explains these characteristics makes them easily actionable in my professional life. Understand the profiles of my collaborators (at all hierarchical levels) and thus better know how to adjust when necessary, in my management, for example. It also helped me understand some frustrations I might have had in my relationship with my manager.
